Malak Jehan Alam Yousafzai is the Founder and Chairman of Alam Developments, a visionary entrepreneur and one of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's most experienced real estate developers. With over 35 years of experience in land development, infrastructure planning, and real estate investment, he has built a legacy founded on integrity, transparency, and excellence.

Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered 18 real estate projects covering approximately 3,000–4,000 kanals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. His flagship achievement, Paradise City Nowshera, proudly holds the distinction of being Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's largest privately developed housing project. With approximately 85% of the development completed, Paradise City has become one of the province's fastest-growing and most prominent residential communities.

His vision extends beyond conventional development. He believes in creating sustainable communities where families can live, grow, and prosper while enjoying world-class infrastructure and a secure investment environment.

Under his leadership, Alam Developments is now expanding into Islamabad with its prestigious mixed-use project, Mall of ICT, setting new standards for commercial and residential development in Pakistan.

Fawad Alam Yousafzai serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alam Developments. As a dynamic entrepreneur and forward-thinking business leader, he oversees the company's corporate strategy, business expansion, investment planning, marketing, and overall growth.

He has played a pivotal role in modernizing the company's operations through innovative marketing, digital transformation, and international development practices. His leadership continues to strengthen Alam Developments' reputation as one of Pakistan's emerging real estate developers.

Fawad is leading the company's expansion into Islamabad through the development of Mall of ICT, an iconic mixed-use project designed to redefine luxury commercial and residential living while creating exceptional investment opportunities.

Dr. Waheed Alam Yousafzai serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Alam Developments. With extensive executive and industrial experience, he has successfully established three pharmaceutical manufacturing plants and two nutraceutical manufacturing facilities in Islamabad and Hyderabad, Sindh.

At Alam Developments, he oversees operational excellence, project execution, overseas business affairs, and organizational efficiency, ensuring that every project is delivered with professionalism, integrity, and international standards.

A graduate of Quaid-i-Azam University, Haider Qayyum serves as the Director Human Resource Management. He is responsible for talent acquisition, employee development, organizational culture, and workforce management, ensuring that Alam Developments maintains a highly professional and motivated team.

Hamza Shahzad serves as the Director Sales, leading the company's sales operations and business development initiatives. He manages the sales team, develops market strategies, and ensures outstanding customer service while driving sustainable business growth.

Malak Ubaid Khan is the Director Legal & Compliance and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He oversees all legal affairs, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and contractual matters, ensuring that every project complies with applicable laws and industry standards.
